Plant Love plants are lovingly grown by one of the UK's largest plant companies. We keep to the absolute minimum the time of transportation from the nursery to your home to make sure your plants arrive in a good condition.
Plant Love’s couriers are independent, hand-picked professionals who take pride in their work and will aim to deliver your plants to you safely and with great care.
We understand things can go wrong on the rare occasion. Please read through the following notes and then contact us if we need to put things right.
Please remember that plants are living entities and need some considered care. Plant Love will do all we can to deliver your plants to you in excellent condition, but it is up to you to start caring for your plants from the time of delivery.
Your treatment of your plants post-delivery forms part of our terms and conditions, and guarantee.
Please take a few moments to read through the care information that will come with your plant bundle. There is also information on our website.
Please contact Plant Love if you need to amend your order. We may be unable to change any orders which are notified to us with less than 5 business days before the planned delivery date.
A full refund will be issued for cancellations which are notified to us with more than 5 business days before the planned delivery date.
If you are unhappy with the quality of your plants and there is a genuine issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please email us a photograph if possible so that we may be able to help you.
Our plant sizes are determined by the size of the pot and range from 1.5 to 5 litres. Please check the pot sizes carefully when ordering.
We will aim to transport your plants to you before they come into flower. Flowering plants may be easily damaged in transit, so we aim to get your plants to you to plant out before them come into their best.
Only when there is a genuine issue with the tree condition, height, size or type will a refund be given.
Making it Right
We endeavour to resolve any issues to your complete satisfaction. If you have concerns about any aspect of your tree, please could you take photos if possible, to help us resolve the issue efficiently.
Plants cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights, for example in the event they are faulty or damaged.
Please note that the cancellation right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to plants.
